The most recent data shows it's taking this team 4.6 minutes to accept and 4.3 minutes to reject referrals (both median). Isn't that impressive? This team combines good tools with deep expertise to operate efficiently every day and strengthen their hospital relationships.
2. Skilled mix
Over a 5 month period, the facility's skilled mix went from 21% to 27%. Those six percentage points represent a 29% increase which has MAJOR implications on their reimbursement rates. 💡 Being first to yes is the best way to influence the type of patient (and payer) that is filling the bed.
3. Time savings
The team reported that they were close to twice as fast in their referral screening thanks to Flax.
